I'm pregnant and would love to do a superhero maternity shoot! Like, taking characters who aren't traditionally seen pregnant and cosplaying them... Fun!
Danielle, love your work. I see you shooting a Victorian style Alice in Wonderland shoot (I would volunteer too, only I need to get my butt in gear for a Queen of Hearts dress)
I know there will be lots of cosplayers and good stuff visually but it would be cool to see the "behind the scenes" and out of the ordinary things. People, places, etc. we don't usually get to see. :D
I am very interested in a post recapping con, styled for some us out there (me) who do love photography, and love comicon, but are scared to volunteer. I'd love to know if you are "free" or assigned stations, asked to take certain shots/what you look for when taking photos for marketing & outreach, and what kind of equipment you recommend bringing and what you used most
Danielle I am so glad someone shared the PHXCC giveaway post. It allowed me to be exposed to your work; the more I browse your site and Facebook the more I'm falling in love.
I think a great idea would be to chronicle the vast demographics PHXCC draws each year (young, old, single, families, groups, etc). Show the "general public" that con is for everyone!
Well sense it will be record heat the week of the con I say touch on that subject. Staying cool while in Cosplay :) Maybe at awesome fire effects to some of the cosplay pics you'll be taking so people can remember how hot it was. I'm new to town so this heat will be a new experience for me if I get to go to the con as my Green Ranger.
I wanna see a Top 10 list of your favorite cosplays you got to photograph this event, and then ask each one what their favorite part of that cosplay is :)
Cross universe cosplay photos would be LEGIT. Whether video game/anime/comics
ReplyDeleteLove to see more photos of not so popular cosplays and Mashup so. Also more love for full figured men and women loving and living their cosplay!
